Originating with a team who managed a challenging week in northern Italy some years ago, membership of the group has been fluid in many senses.
They sometimes spell themselves Premier Cru…
In essence, they go anywhere, ski anything.
This year we are thinking of somewhere steep with a good wine list at the bottom. Hmmm….
