Crevasse avoidance and what to do if someone falls in.
This is the third of three 2-day skills courses linked to the Argentière meet. You can pick any or all from: Skiing and Snow Safety, Skiing and Navigation, Skiing and Glacier Travel.
The aim is to increase competence in three distinct technical areas, specifically selected as relevant to Eagles by the mentoring scheme. We will concentrate on improving these skills in a practical ski environment. In tandem with each course, Andy P will deliver off piste coaching to the group as we move around the mountain.
Eagles will be able to select any or all of the 3 modules, which will run in parallel with the meet based in Argentière.
